I am coming this yr for the first time, with my sweetie.

I need some help with the following questions-

Can I bring a care kit to walk around with? A box that has-
Bacon, (sober)cookies, nuts, gum, mints, maybe even water?
In other words, can I help out my fellow crackhead?

Also, I saw a friends pics from last yr, and is it that my eyes decieve me, or is there no where to sit? or store stuff?
